Performing at Kyneton’s Bluestone Theatre

September 4, 2018 / Jeremy / Stage

Over the weekend of August 31st-September 2nd 2018, Kewley took to the stage at Kyneton’s 62nd ‘Festival of One Act Plays’, part of the Victorian country town’s annual ‘Daffodil & Arts Festival’.

At Kyneton’s historic Bluestone Theatre he performed the powerful and moving monologue from Kieran Carroll’s play FRIDAY NIGHT, IN TOWN. It received the Festival’s Award for ‘Best Monologue’. (Kewley had originally performed in the play in Melbourne in 2009.)

His performance of the monologue saw him receiving the award ‘Best Actor’ at the end of the Festival.
